Prices are stated excluding value-added tax on the order line and are totaled at the bottom where the customer is charged VAT.Upon receipt of an order, Wido Lab reserves the right to conduct a credit check on the customer. If the credit check is not approved, the order must be prepaid before delivery can take place.The delivery date indicated on the order confirmation refers to the dispatch date from Wido Lab's warehouse or the dispatch date from the supplier in case of direct delivery.Wido Lab does not accept cancellation of the order after the order confirmation has been communicated to the customer.Unless otherwise stated, the warranty is 1 year on laboratory instruments and equipment. The warranty does not cover reference materials, chemicals, or laboratory consumables.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the delivery terms are DAP with delivery to the customer's goods/warehouse, and unloading is not included. Shipping costs from Wido Labs' warehouse or direct delivery from the supplier will be charged to the customer. Wido Lab reserves the right to choose the carrier for the delivery, which is usually made by truck/car.Upon receipt of the delivered order, the customer must report any transport damage to the carrier upon receipt and to Wido Lab with documentation of the damage (description and photo). If the customer does not report any transport damage to the carrier upon receipt, no compensation can be issued to the customer.
If a currency clause has been specified in the quote based on the current listing of the exchange rate, it shall apply upon receipt of the order. If the currency fluctuation is greater than +3% according to Visma Net's exchange rate of the total value at invoicing compared to the price stated in the quote, an adjustment shall be made on 80% of the total amount.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a payment period of 30 days applies from the invoice date. After the due invoice, the customer will be charged a late fee of 4% per overdue month.
In the event of a complaint regarding a defective product, Wido Lab must be notified within 3 working days after receipt, and the case should be described in detail with any accompanying photos. Deviations are noted in Wido Lab's quality management system, carefully reviewed, and followed up in order to identify improvements in both our working methods and our products, as well as to decide on any compensation to the customer.Upon receipt of the delivered order, the customer must report any transport damage to the carrier at the time of receipt and to Wido Lab with documentation of the damage (description and photos). If the customer does not report any transport damage to the carrier upon receipt or at a later time, no compensation can be granted to the customer.
